Frequently asked
Is the app free?
Yes. Registering and using the app are free — you only pay for the stock you order.
Why can’t I see prices after registering?
Shop accounts are reviewed before activation so wholesale prices are shown to shop owners only. Once approved, prices appear and ordering opens.
Can I cancel an order I sent?
Yes — while the order is “Awaiting confirmation” a “Cancel order” button appears on its page. After our team confirms it, contact us to cancel.
Do you track my location or activity?
No. We use no trackers or ads and never read your location automatically. A map pin is saved only if you set one for delivery.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your data and orders are never used to train any AI model, nor shared with anyone who does.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account, then confirm with your password.
